Hi I currently have an outstanding balance of £10, am trying to see if it’s possible to repay this on the 19th as I start my new job on Monday the 9th and will have to work 1 week in hand before being paid, I will also pay the month of July on the 19th so I’ll deposit £20 on the 19th is that possible?

Hi ​@Josh123  you can always change your Direct Debit date on the app if that is more convenient for you.

Or we can arrange a payment holiday, if you would like this please let us know.
