Roam Beyond query


Hi, purchased a 20GB Roam Beyond add on for Turkey.  Been here for 5 days connected to WiFi in the hotel (bought roam Beyond as back up, just in case) just checked and still have 20GB available on Roam Beyond and my next bill is currently at over £100 more than usual. Help!!

I have used WhatsApp for messages and tried to make calls but they have been disconnected. I have just taken a call from ID mobile who advised there is an issue with the sim card and a new one is being sent and the charges refunded.  Was it not ID mobile that called me? And you are dealing with this?

And I cannot make calls now.

I'm thinking the caller was fraudulently obtaining my details. 

Please call me to resolve.
