I have paid for roaming but keep getting warning messages that I have started using chargeable services please help or explain

Are you using data only or texts and calls too?

Hi Tom, turkey and apparently I only got data for my £35 for 10 days. I have had a right old time with ID trying to get sorted 3hrs and nowhere. Co.plaint risen for when I arrive home. Shocking service. Chats are useless the people on the other end take forever to respond then advise you to management reset which cuts you off leaving you high and dry.

Hey there ​@Aeu2809, we’re very sorry to hear that. Have you tried manually changing between all available networks?

 

Have you also tried restarting your phone, and also resetting network settings?
