roaming charge

Hi, i went on holiday to greece, and it connected me to Albanian data. A charge has appeared on my bill for 45 pounds. Help!

Yeah, i just got off the live chat and they refunded half of it. Better than nothing I guess! And yes, I'll set it to 0 next time 👍

Unfortunately @Davepowell276, some locations in Greece have better network reception from Albanian mobile networks.

To avoid unexpected roaming charges in future, just set your iD account bill cap to £0 before roaming.

Try chatting online to the iD customer service team, to ask for a refund.

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
