I have just returned from a week in Morocco where my phone was in flight mode from departing at Birmingham airport to switching it back on once we landed. I only used WiFi the whole time. As soon as I switched flight mode off, about 4 texts from id landed saying I had exceeded my £45 cap and it has been applied to my bill.
Can someone please explain how this has occurred, as surely I would have received a text from id on the first day of my trip if it was applicable?
