roaming set up on wrong number

My faughter set up roaming on the wrong number, i have 2 numbers for tmy children but she did it on her brothers number. Please can we stop the roaming pack for the number ending 145

Hey there ​@Brian Fletcher, if roaming was enabled via the wrong account, then we’d be unable to refund this I’m afraid. The add-on will simply expire once it’s completed.

 

Please ensure you’re logged into the correct account when looking at purchasing add-ons etc.
