Having problems changing my direct debit details. Tried on the app, continually saying error.

Sorry to hear this, have you tried the website alternatively?

Please ensure that all your personal info in the app (Name, Address, etc) is spelt correctly and up to date with your bank, please use the address search feature instead of manually typing the address in.
