rollover data confusion


Confused about how data rollover works, i am on a 120GB month 12 month plan, i just got my first months bill itemising last months data usage and it shows from my allowance of 124,466mb i used 56,965mb, had 52,273mb expired due to non use so only 1,566mb got rolled over to this month.

I contacted customer services and was told the rollover resets at the end of the year so i have lost most of it, i cant find anything in terms about such a thing.

Can anybody explain ?

Thanks for that but the FAQ says any left over data will rollover which has not been the case.
