Did anyone else get people trying to contact them claiming to be from idMobile or Sky during the period that the network was offline this week?
I had emails telling me that my sim was corrupted which was why I was unable to make or receive calls, before I knew what was really going on. I naively allowed them to speak to me but they wanted all my bank details, card number and personal details to reset up my account. That wasn't happening, though they said my account would no longer be active leaving me without access to it but still have a bill to pay . I don't know how they got my email or knew I was a customer. Maybe a lucky guess but please be vigilant!!
