Scammed from ID and fake Words from ID live chat

Hello everyone

Whoever believe this company is not trying to take your money and keep it without providing you nothing you need a doctor,

I have been through stress for over a month to get my money back ,
I open a contract with ID, they sent me the phone and DPD didnt delivery and they holding in their depot for a month without having any option for me to re-date and i requested cancel of my contract from live chat, the second time i contacted live chat the guy cancelled “he said” so i have contacted the live chat 5 times until now everyone is spitting lie about wait 2-3days or the contract is not cancelled (  the second guy said cancelled the contract) so they keep lying and the money are going out from my bank without having phone nothing …….. Live chat is full of fake and scamming people by telling them to hold, i have all the images for providing to the bank and start claim a refund for the Upfront and Bill they charge me without even having phone .

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THE SCAMMERS ID MOBILE!

Are you able to confirm if an investigation/dispute has been raised with DPD via iD Mobile to locate the missing parcel? If not, this will need to be actioned by a member of the team. 

You will also be able to look at raising a complaint regarding your missing parcel.

Hello i have 5 chat transcript for each week I have spoken with 5 different people , all of them lying i don't know what to believe if they cancelled? If they chased who know , everyone it says i just sent a message to DPD,  how 3 people sent a same message to dpd they don't see ? I want my money back nothing more until now I feel totally scammed order reference: [REDACTED]
