Why haven't my services been restored after I've paid my bill? I have a disabled child and need to be able to make.outgoing calls at all times.
Yeah I've just paid a bill and now they are asking for next month's bill June's now to restore services. They are a total joke of a company. To the ombudsman it is.
I've had 2 pay 2 months too but like I said I don't mind it's the fact they've took nearly 60 quid but can't restore my services straight away

It can take between 2-24 hours for services to resume after making payment.
If your services are not active after this time, please let us know and we can PM you.

Yeah they are a crap company if all of us take the lm to the ombudsman it'll cost them more than to fix this issue.
