How can I speak to someone!?!?!?!?!! This is sooooooo frustrating!!!!!!! I need to discuss an outstanding bill which is impossible as I pay via direct debit!
The same thing with me ...i cant use my phone 2 weeks already, i cant make calls,i cant text someone, i cant even take calls, i am really cut off from world, i paid every month and never late with payment and now i have this..... it is not worth any money , really, 2 weeks i cant use my phone, and nobody can give me answer from support team....

In terms of the bills issue, have you tried paying via the app, website and automated phone-line please?
