I’ve just upgraded my phone to the iPhone 15, 128gb of storage, 50gb of data and unlimited called & texts. For some reason, it says I’m going to be charged £54.25 even though the price is £33.99 a month. The upfront cost was £99 which I paid today. Can someone help me with this please? My old plan was sim only and was £8 a month for 30GB of data and unlimited calls & texts. I’m very confused and quite concerned.

Morning @hannah2014,

Sounds like your bill has been pro-rated. Don’t worry! This is standard with upgrades and all to do with your billing cycle vs when you upgraded. Your future bills will be £33.99. For more information check out this article:

Thanks.
