What phone do you have and what is the problem you are encountering (as you do not say)?
These details will help in determining the advice you need.

If you do decide to use the Live Chat then type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box to be connected with an agent rather than going in circles with the chatbot.

I asked what phone you have and what the ACTUAL problem is so that we can help you!
All you state is ‘SIM CARD’ and a rant about talking to someone! Well, we are ‘someone’ and may have the answers you need but we can’t help if you don’t give us more information.

You have said ‘I have tried to chat with them but no joy , just same stock answer ?’ but you don’t say anything about what you asked (or even if you talked to an actual advisor or just got the chatbot response) or the answer(s) you were given.

The advisors don’t have total knowledge of ALL phones/problems so can only give you general advice whereas here on the Community there is a lot of knowledge about different experiences/problems.

Like I have said previously, if you can give us the details of what phone you have and the problem you are expriencing then we may be able to help. How do you expect to get any advice if you won’t give us the information required to do so?

If not, then then I wish you well with another network.
