I order 2 sims from yourselves but never activated either. I would like to cancel my contracts but I don't know what phone numbers were linked to the sims

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Claire Rodgers    

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Were they contract SIM’s or PAYG SIM’s?
