I recently had a sim only unlimited data for 6 months then upgraded too an iPhone 14 plus.Now I am still being billed for sim only and Iphone 14 plus separately. £16 pound a month for sim only and £28.99 for iphone 14 plus.Does anybody know why this is?

It sounds like you haven’t made an upgrade, instead have purchased a new line entirely.
You’ll want to consider cancelling the new order in favour of upgrading on your existing plan, or cancelling the old plan.
