Slow Very slow 

sometimes no signal outwith WiFi  also some months being charged £60 instead of 33 , how do I contact support

That’s a travesty!

I would suggest you are incurring data roaming charges of some sort, but obviously the staff ought to be able to check your account and give you a definitive answer.

Also, what is the make and model of your handset?
