still getting billed!!!

Hi, I cancelled my contract on the app but it’s still there and now it’s telling me I’ve missed a payment could really do to speak to someone or message someone…. But this appears the only way I can communicate my issue 🤷‍♂️ any ideas?

Sorry to hear this, how long ago did you cancel your contract on the app? Did you request a PAC code after having requested to cancel?

 

Please note that billing will continue as normal through to the cancellation completing.

 

There are plenty of options to communicate an issue, here on the community, or for a quicker service, we’d recommend using the Live Chat, Facebook or Twitter.

Hi Tom, thanks very much for replying, I cancelled it about 4 weeks ago around Black Friday week, no pac code needed, Ihad the contract for my daughter who turned 18 and could from this yr get a contract in her own name (with ID) was just a case of cancelling,. I wasn’t using Facebook or twitter so this has been a bit annoying I must admit, not used to communicating like this at all. I’ll see if I can figure out how to do it on twitter. Thanks again
