My account was suspended for late payment, I’ve since paid but my services haven’t been turned back on.
my account was suspended within a matter of minutes after I received the text for a failed payment, yet since I’ve paid over 12 hours ago it’s not been reactivated. this is my only form of internet connection, I have no broadband or work wifi. Is there a number I can call to speak to an actual person? I’m currently using a hotspot connection.
