taken payment but not updated plan

Paid manually for a na for commonly. Payment debited nearly 2 hours ago and it shows as no plan. I can’t use my phone. Turned it off and on again and cleared safari history yet nothing. What now?

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Lb1888881    

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
