telling me to pay twice

it says i have a missed payment 2 months ago i think i paid it but its only stopped working( data, phone calls) with this missed payment which I’ve paid but its telling me to pay again, for my data and calls to work again ?

What do you mean by ‘it’? Where is ‘it’ being displayed? Was this a text and/or email?

 

i think i paid

 

Via the iD Mobile app → (2nd option along the bottom) tap Bills → (scroll down a bit) tap the right arrow (>) next to Payments → tap on View payment history

Do you see Successful and maybe Failed payments there? If so check the dates as the payments should all be on or around the same day each month. If you see a failed (for example) on the 15th, do you see a payment (for example) on the 20th when you caught up?

Are you sure this if from 2 months ago? I’d find it hard to believe iD would stop the service 2 months after a failed payment. Could it be the latest payment that failed?

 

I’ve paid but its telling me to pay again

 

There’s been a couple of other customers whom have said they had to make multiple payments in the last week. I do wonder if there might be some sort of glitch within iD at the moment for failed payments. It would be advisable to contact iD via Live Chat.

Therefore, this is only a suggestion, if you’ve made a payment and its showing as either a pending or an actual deduction from you bank I would be inclined to stop making any more payments. If you do iD can either use it as credit for the following months or refund you.

What happens if you simply restart the phone, does this non payment alert go and do you get full use of your phone back?

Having the same problem when I make a payment the outstanding bill pop up still shows don't know what to do I think the app is the problem it's glitched
