I have been charged termination fee, but I terminated the contract after the contract end date.

Please help

Have you had a final bill emailed to you?

 

If you’ve been overcharged this would let you know by issuing a credit onto the account.

An invoice has been loaded on the app, which includes the over charge, and no credit.
