I want to enter a competition by text but it’s not sending. On my last network I was able to do this automatically. How do I change the settings to allow this

Your premium text services will need to be enabled on the account. Your bill cap will also need to be raised above £0 as an extra charge will be incurred.

These can both be amended via your iD app or your account online:
