Top up for pay monthly contract

I'm on pay monthly contract, can't find link or button for top up on my app. How do I top up credit.

Just increase the bill cap, and check that International Calls are turned ON for your iD account, @Jonkuru.

    If you’re on a pay monthly contract, you won’t be able to top up.
