Two charges on my bill - Monthly Recurring Charge and UK

On My bill I have a monthly recurring charge (the one I signed up for as the direct debit when I took the plan) and I get another line on the bill for the same amount each month against ‘UK’ (nearly as much as the direct monthly charge). Anyone got any ideas what this is as it double the cost of my 10GB plan and I could have gone unlimited!
