Two invoices received

I just updated my plan from the 80gb + calls / texts to 12 months 100gb + calls / texts £10 per month. Today received 2 bills, 1 £10 on 15th, my old plan, another £10, my new plan. I only have/want one plan, the one I switched to. Please advise

I suppose the first question is did you see out the majority of your previous contract?

As in, if you were on a 12/24 month contract you can upgrade in the last 2 months of that original contract running its term.

 

If you had a message from iD stating you could upgrade, then depending on the day your bill is normally generated, there could be an overlap (the bill was already generated on the old deal). I would assume that if this is the case and you only have one active account then iD would credit your account for the over payment on the old deal. 

 

Or are you saying you now have 2 different account numbers?

Did you definitely order an upgrade, or did you order a completely new plan?
