2 x £10 charges on 21.8.24 and 15.9.24 were recorded on my latest bill under UK Mobile Internet Browsing.  Can you explain the charge, thank you!

Sorry to hear this, it sounds like you may have been charged for going over your monthly data allowance, we’d recommend keeping an eye on your data allowance via the app/website.

 

It may also be worth setting a bill cap to stop any unwanted charges from taking place.
