Phone is due for upgrade. I have been in store and online and I am unable to upgrade because ID keep cancelling my direct debit. I have been trying for 2 months to set up a new direct debit and still getting the “oops something went wrong” message. This has also happened in my local Carphone warehouse and I am no nearer to upgrading my contract. I have been advised my store to keep trying on the app and still unable to. 
 

HELP NEEDED

Please try adding your direct debit via both the iD Mobile app and website. Also, please ensure the billing details on the bank card you’re using match exactly the same to your personal details you have on the iD Mobile app. 

 

If not, you can call our sales team on 02071391397 who can give you an upgrade via the phone.
