understand my bill and why i have been cut off again

I paid my outstanding bill of £42 on 10/06/25 and i have been cut off again since 11/06/25?

I have just looked at my plan in the app and it states i owe £60? My payment plan is on £29.99 unlimited call/data/text messages?

i dont understand why i have been cut off again due to paying the outstanding balance?

Hi ​@Spready01  do you have the iD app, this will show you all your bills and what is outstanding. Had you checked the payment had gone through with your bank?
