unexpected larger bill

My bill is inexplicably almost double for the last payment period with no extra charges incurred. ID mobile have offered no explanation for this and have charged my account regardless. How do I raise issue with this and have a review of my transactions?

Have you recently upgraded, changed your plan, or your Direct Debit date?

I hadn’t upgraded but was due an upgrade. In the worry the bill would be inflated each month from then, I’ve changed contract/upgraded etc. thanks for the reply Sian

Looks as though it should revert to normal now but the bill breakdown didn’t really help as no explanation for the inflated figures. Lots of charges and minuses
