Unusual charge on my bill

I have just looked at my most recent bill and I have a charge called “UK” for £62.51 - what is this for?

The UK bit is your UK usage charges for this months billing period.

So what your bill is saying is that for this months UK usage it has cost you £62.51

And to see why this has cost you, if you scroll down to page 3 onwards, Your invoice breakdown should reveal if it was non inclusive calls and/or texts and/or data that caused these extra charges.

 

 

And not that you asked, but - the Monthly Recurring Charge is the payment for the following month (as we pay in advance)

@Joss2010 -

Looks like you went significantly over your Data usage. Looks like you’re on a legacy tariff, I'd recommend doing a Plan Change, you’ll get a lot more data for a lot less £££!

If you prefer, you can visit your local Currys store to do this.
