Upgrade is really a downgrade, need help to revert ir cancel


I was offered an upgrade on my account which I took without realising it was a downgrade, I had a pay monthly contract with 70gb data and now have 60gb instead.

How do I cancel this upgrade ( downgrade) withing the 14 day legal period and stay as before on my 70gb, unlimited calls and texts for the same price?

  • purchased an upgrade on idmobile.co.uk or via the iD Mobile telephone sales team.

Cooling-off period: 30 days (Return or Exchange). Returning an upgrade does not result in cancellation of your plan. Providing your return meets all conditions above, the new contract term will be reversed and you will revert to your previous tariff and contract term. Please give us notice of your cancellation within the cooling-off period and obtain a Return Transaction Number by contacting us at idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

Was this purchased via iD Mobile directly or a third party such as Carphone Warehouse?
