I was offered an upgrade on my account which I took without realising it was a downgrade, I had a pay monthly contract with 70gb data and now have 60gb instead.How do I cancel this upgrade ( downgrade) withing the 14 day legal period and stay as before on my 70gb, unlimited calls and texts for the same price?
