I was offered an upgrade on my account which I took without realising it was a downgrade, I had a pay monthly contract with 70gb data and now have 60gb instead.
How do I cancel this upgrade ( downgrade) withing the 14 day legal period and stay as before on my 70gb, unlimited calls and texts for the same price?

Providing your return meets all conditions above, the new contract term will be reversed and you will revert to your previous tariff and contract term.
