Hi @xcutiepielibbyx, when accessing the live chat, if you type into the chat box ‘speak to an agent’, you’ll be put through to a live advisor.

Better use the iD online Live Chat service in that case, @xcutiepielibbyx

The iD advisers only work until 8pm on weekdays though.
