Your support team didn’t seem able to help me with this, but I topped up my PAYG plan recently for business use and was disappointed when it came to doing my expenses that they could not supply me with a VAT receipt, as I believe is required for any VAT registered business under UK law.
Understandably your process is more geared to providing these for contract plans, however I think you also have an obligation to do so for any payments you take including this PAYG topup. Is there somone I could speak to about this?
