I have noticed over the last couple months you guys have been making me pay double and this isn’t fair I paid twice in January and now it’s saying I have an outstanding bill’ I need an explanation for this or I will be taking this up with my bank and demanding a refund !

Hi @kadriamir35Have you checked your bill?Thepdf download will show what chargeshave been made and why.This may be down to using shortcodes or texting MMS messages via your phone rather than an app (all are charged for) etc.If you don’t want any unexpected charges then I suggest you cap your spending limit via your account…..Login to your accountSelect ‘Bills’ at the top of the pageScroll down to and select ‘Manage bill cap’x
