I have noticed over the last couple months you guys have been making me pay double and this isn’t fair I paid twice in January and now it’s saying I have an outstanding bill’ I need an explanation for this or I will be taking this up with my bank and demanding a refund !

Hi @kadriamir35

Have you checked your bill?
The pdf download will show what charges have been made and why.
This may be down to using shortcodes or texting MMS messages via your phone rather than an app (all are charged for) etc.
If you don’t want any unexpected charges then I suggest you cap your spending limit via your account…..
Login to your account
Select ‘Bills’ at the top of the page
Scroll down to and select ‘Manage bill cap’

Hi there @kadriamir35

Via the iD app or online account portal, if you go to Bills, then Payments (there is a £ sign next to it) and then View payment history do all of the payments show as Successful in green or are there any showing Failed in red? - Could it be you’re not caught up with any arrears?

Don’t post any images or numbers etc

Or have you upgraded your account in the last 3 or so months?
