I’ve been sent my monthly invoice which is a different amount to the bill showing in my account. Would love to speak to someone and clarify what’s going on.

Have you checked your bill for a full breakdown of the charges?

In most cases billing changes due to upgrading or change of payment date.

If you have changed your direct debit date you will have been billed for a longer period.
