Hi @Uzair Hijazi  do you have the iD app? You can view your bill there.

Dear iD Mobile Customer Service Team,

I hope you are well.

I am writing to raise a concern regarding my recent mobile bills. I have noticed that I have been charged an additional £5 per month for the last two months, even though I have set my spending cap to £0.

As my spending cap is set to zero, I would not expect any extra charges to be added to my bill. Could you please review my account and explain why these additional charges have been applied?

I would also like to request a refund for any incorrect charges, if these amounts have been added in error. Please confirm that my spending cap is still set to £0 and that no further unexpected charges will be applied going forward.

I would appreciate a clear breakdown of the charges and a written response confirming the outcome of your investigation.

Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind regards,
Gurwinder Singh
