Why is my bill keeping going and taking money from me when my bill is monthly att 9 pound a month now it says my bill is 14 pound a month

    We are sorry to hear your bill is higher than expected. 

    On your statement are there any additional charges showing for out of tariff use or add ons?

    Also, have you made any changes to your tariff or direct debit recently?
