Hi. Will I be charged more as I am getting 5G now or am I still on 4G?

Hi @Farshad

No you will not be charged more to use 5G

Assuming you have a 5G capable phone you’ll see 5G wherever it’s currently available. When you leave a 5G enabled area your phone should drop back to 4G.

However if you have a limited data allowance on your account you may find that due to how quick things download you may hit any limit sooner than you could have on 4G.

If you’ve got unlimited data then clearly you won’t have a data limit

Hi @Farshad

Nope, you wouldn’t be charged more for using 4G or 5G.

However, if using 5G, you may use more of your allowance quicker, given the speeds are much quicker and you may be using it more/quicker.
