Wrong data allowance showing after upgrade

Hi. I've just upgraded from sim only to a new 2 year contract with new phone. The contract I chose was a 50GB and my order shows thus but on the ID app, its showing my contract as having 10GB allowance. Please can this be resolved.

Hey there ​@Ian Sheldrake, when you first change plan/upgrade, your new allowances may not show straight away, as the data will change to pro-rata.

 

Therefore, it may take a little longer for the allowances to show up correctly on the app, or when your next, normal invoice is made and data refreshed.
