zero data allowance on automated phone line despite paying!!

I cannot access data within my monthly plan even though I paid the full amount on 7th jan 2025.

 

 also data is only 8gb on Id app/website login but I should have 16gb according to my contract.

 

I can access monthly allowances for phone calls and texts (but as said no data).

 

Help!

I have now got it working after the add on was added there was a delay then problem was just a poor signal.

To confirm, are you able to use data but you are being advised there is no allowance remaining or is data not working for you?

Just to add,  I have purchased 1GB data add-on, and it is still not connecting to the internet (phone should be ok as it works fine on a hotspot/Wi-Fi)
