How do I purchase a Call Abroad Add-on?

You can buy a Call Abroad add-on in minutes through the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk.

How to purchase a Call Abroad add-on.

 

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
  2. Tap View add-ons on the dashboard.
  3. Select the Call Abroad tab.
  4. Choose the add-on that covers the countries you want to call:
    • Call Abroad 100 Minutes EU – £5/month
    • Call Abroad 150 Minutes Global Faves – £7.50/month
    • Call Abroad 75 Minutes Worldwide – £12/month
  5. Select whether you'd like a one-off purchase or to auto-renew each month.
  6. Tap Confirm.
  7. Tap Done. The cost will be added to your next monthly bill.

 

Please note: The add-on type (one-off or auto-renew) can only be chosen at the point of purchase and can't be changed afterwards.

 

Cancelling an auto-renewing add-on.

 

If you want to stop your add-on from renewing, you'll need to cancel it at least 1 hour before the renewal date.

For example: if your add-on renews on 20th June at 00:00, you must cancel it by 19th June at 23:00.

Once cancelled, your add-on stays active until it expires. You won't lose your remaining minutes straight away.

To cancel, log in to the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk and manage your add-ons from the dashboard. If you need help, chat to us and we'll take care of it.
