Hi, I ordered a PAYG SIM card and purchased a £10 bundle last week. However, the SIM card didn't get to me quickly enough, so I bought a SIM with another provider. I would now like to get a refund on my bundle. I called customer services yesterday who said I would need to go to a Carphone Warehouse store to get the refund. I wasn't too happy about this as my nearest Carphone Warehouse store is 10 miles away, so asked for a manager call-back. With no call-back, I rang again this morning as was told that ID mobile cannot refund PAYG bundles and I would need to forfeit the £10 I paid. Can anyone please help? Thanks

We wouldn't provide refunds for PAYG bundles purchased.
Did you contact us regarding the delayed SIM?
When did this arrive?
