can someone help me get a pack code?

Hi I’m trying to get a pack code from ID mobile

 

I sent a text to 65070 and it said there is a problem. 
I’ve tried calling 77770 need to be transferred back to the app

i’ve use the app but it said there is a problem

 

can anyone help please
