Hi, I purchased a sim today and when I put it in my phone it says network locked. I contacted EE and they said the phone is unlocked so its an issue with the sim. I now want to cancel the sim but it says you need to register with ID mobile app and cancel through the app. When I try to register for the app it sends me a text but I never receive the text because the sim doesn't work with the phone. How do I cancel?

Hi krokadia, it's unfortunate that you want to cancel your service as the message you've stated about the phone being network locked should be something EE help you with. It's unlikely to be an issue with your SIM.
