Cancel Sim Only Order

Hi
I’ve just ordered a sim only plan, however my existing provider is playing hardball and won’t let me cancel my existing contract.
Could I please cancel my order, which I will once again order when my current contract has ended.

Regarding your old provider.  If you’re no longer in a contract, then they shouldn’t put up any sort of fight to let you leave as you please. 

Generally speaking a lot of people ask for a PAC (code) so that they can move the number from one provider to another.

A lot of providers these days make it easy to get a PAC (code) without speaking to anyone as you can usually text a number to have that sent to you automatically.
