contract accidentally closed

I was just looking to see how much it would cost if I was to leave Id early, I never actually proceeded with it but now all of a sudden phone has been cut off a month later with a message saying my contract was ended early by myself which it wasn’t? I need my phone to be working as a matter of urgency can it be reactivated it is a phone and sim contract

Hi @Confused2017 , what was the process that you went through to enquire about ending your plan. You can text INFO to 85075 to get this information but if you’ve processed a disconnection request via our app or website this would be confirmed by text notification.
