end contract - can't cancel account

I have clicked “end my contract” at least 5 times over the past 7 weeks on the app and it has said it will be cancelled yet I am still being charged £12 monthly? Absolutely disgraceful, need my contract ending as soon as possible.

I'm having the same issue! It's disgusting that ID are treating their customers this way. Did you manage to get it sorted in the end?
