I ordered a new sim from Carphone Warehouse.
I got the PAC code from my old provider.
I couldn’t fill out the transfer form online as I didn’t know the “transaction number”
I have spent the last 3 days trying to get in touch with you. Useless.
Why have live chat showing as available if it isn’t?
The complain online button shows as “available soon”. A joke.
You appear to be a bunch of shysters and I want to leave (before by the way I’ve actually been able to activate my sim!!!!!!!) FFS.
So, can anyone help me leave?

To return an order made via Carphone Warehouse, we would advise contacting them so they can assist you with this. SIM cards should be active as soon as they are dispatched so you will still be able to use the services in the meantime.
If you would rather cancel the plan instead of asking Carphone Warehouse for a return, please let us know so we can look into this further for you.
