I ordered a sim in November 2018 but never registered the account and did not use the sim. So I do not have log in details and I do not know the phone number of the sim. I now realise I have been charged by Direct Debit every month since then. I urgently need to speak to someone about cancelling this without incurring charges. Please advise.
